Michael Collins was a guest at the Munster Arms Hotel in 1922 then known as “Lee’s Hotel”. He departed the hotel and headed for Beal na Blath with his companion Emmet Dalton, 30 minutes after departing, he met his demise, that was on August 22nd 1922 |
